Sigrid ❤️

Alpaca Ensemble artistic management since its inception in 1996 has consisted of Else Bø, Sigrid Elisabeth Stang and Marianne Baudouin Lie. Our violinist Sigrid Stang died in the summer of 2024 after several years of illness. It is with great sadness that we continue the Alpaca Ensemble without Sigrid. At the same time, we are grateful for all the years we have gained together, for the close friendship, for the music, and for the Alpaca Ensemble, which has been invaluable to all three of us from our youth until now.
