Music by the reknowned Swedish composer Karin Rehnqvist. The main piece, In Orbit, was written especially for Alpaca Ensemble, after a series of workshops experimenting with playing in motion, and composition based on improvisation. Also on the programme is the piano trio ‘Beginning’, and a piece for solo clarinet (and e-bow), developed by our fabulous guest – Alpaca on this project; clarinettist Rolf Borch.
This concert was originally part of Alpaca Ensembles jubilee concert series ‘Absolutt Alpaca’ in 2016, and was performed in Trondheim and Berlin.
